ServiceNow

Integrate ServiceNow with AiStrike for automated and manual alert notifications and direct incident-response actions — creating and updating ServiceNow incidents from AiStrike.

Prerequisites

An admin must create a dedicated ServiceNow user for AiStrike:

  1. Log in to ServiceNow as an admin and go to User Administration → Users.

  2. Click New, enter a User ID (email threat@aistrike.com if required), and submit.

  3. Open the new user, set a password, and save it securely.

  4. Assign the roles rest_api_explorer and web_service_admin.

Connector configuration

In AiStrike, go to Dashboard > Integrations, find the ServiceNow connector, click Connect to ServiceNow, and enter:

  • Username

  • Password

  • ServiceNow Domain

Click Connect to finalize.

Test connectivity

Open any Composite Alert in AiStrike, go to the Remediations tab, click the ServiceNow icon, and verify a notification/incident is created in ServiceNow.
