Palo Alto Prisma Cloud

This guide describes how to create and retrieve Access Keys in Prisma Cloud, which are required to integrate with AiStrike.◼︎

Prerequisites

  • You must be signed in to the Prisma Cloud Console with an administrator account.

  • You should have permissions to manage Access Keys.

Step 1: Sign In

Log in to your Palo Alto Prisma Cloud Console using an administrator account.

Step 2: Open Access Keys Settings

In the Settings menu:

  • Navigate to Access Keys.

Step 3: Create a New Access Key

  • Click Add New.

  • In the Name field, enter a descriptive name for this key (e.g., Google SecOps Integration).

Step 4: Generate the Key

  • Click Create.

NOTE: Once created, Prisma Cloud will display:

  • Access Key ID

  • Secret Key

⚠️ These credentials are shown only once, so be sure to save them securely.

(Optional) Configure Key Expiry

  • If you want the key to expire after a certain period, enable the Key Expiry option and set the desired duration.

Step 5: Save the Credentials

  • Copy the Access Key ID and Secret Key.

  • Configure the Access Key ID and Secret Key securely with AiStrike.

Configure AiStrike Connector

  • After you have saved your Access Keys, proceed to the AiStrike app and configure Prisma integration with the credentials.

  • Configure the following mandatory input parameters:

    • Access Key ID: specify the access key ID that you obtained previously.

    • Secret Key: specify the secret key that you obtained previously.

    • API hostname: specify the API hostname. <Prisma Cloud API URL>
